The Committee to Elect Corinne Coryat is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and organized Campaign Manager to lead a dynamic, community-centered campaign for State Representative in the 1st Franklin District. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive campaign plan that leverages the candidate’s deep local experience, strong early endorsements, and broad community support.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement the overall campaign plan, timeline, and path to victoryTranslate the candidate’s background and vision into a clear, compelling message for votersIdentify key voter blocs and develop targeted outreach strategies across the districtTrack metrics and adjust strategy based on data and field feedbackField & Voter ContactBuild and manage a robust field operation, including canvassing, phone banking, and volunteer engagementOversee voter identification, persuasion, and GOTV effortsCoordinate with local leaders, activists, and organizations to expand grassroots supportEnsure strong presence across all towns in the districtFundraisingDevelop and execute a fundraising plan, including call time, events, and donor outreachPrepare the candidate for effective fundraising conversationsTrack fundraising goals and maintain compliance with campaign finance regulationsCommunications & MessagingOversee messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and earned mediaDraft or manage campaign materials such as press releases, emails, and social media contentCoordinate with consultants or volunteers on communications strategyOperations & Team ManagementRecruit, train, and manage campaign staff and volunteersOversee campaign budget and day-to-day operationsManage scheduling in coordination with the candidate to maximize voter contact and visibilityEnsure compliance with all Massachusetts campaign finance laws and reporting requirementsQualificationsPrior political organizing experience (coalition builder, campaign manager, field director, or other political experience)Strong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience with voter contact tools (Votebuilder) and basic data analysisAbility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsCommitment to public service, rural communities, and progressive values
