Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.What You'll Do:As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:- Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service- Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash- Train and coach crew members to be their best- Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards - Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisionsWhat You Bring to the Table:- Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)- A positive attitude and strong communication skills- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays- A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service- Must be at least 18 years of age- You're fluent in English and eligible to work in the U.S.Many Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
