Givens Highland Farms, a premier nonprofit life plan community in Black Mountain, is hiring a full-time LPN or RN to join our health care team. This is a meaningful and vital position where you positively impact the lives of our residents, visitors, and fellow team members every day. The schedule for this position is 7pm-7am. We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, so we collaborate with you to offer flexible scheduling where possible.What You'll DoAssist nurses to deliver appropriate care for the comfort and well-being of our residentsAdminister prescribed medication and nutritionDocumentation of care delivery, patient condition, reaction, and progressEnsure a safe and therapeutic environment for residentsTransfer and transport residentsWhat You'll NeedAn unencumbered LPN for the state of North CarolinaAn ability to work with minimal direct supervision1 year of experience working with older adults preferredSupervision experience as a LPN or RN preferredCompensation is $30.00-$35.00 per hour for LPNs and $34.00-$39.00 per hour for RNs, based on experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package, and shift differential pay!Still curious about what Givens is all about?
