Eden promotes employee growth and values the experience of our residents and their families.Position: PM Charge NurseWhispering Pines, a skilled nursing facility located in Ripon, WI, is seeking a dedicated PM Charge Nurse to join our team.The PM Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff during the evening shift and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care. This role includes supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support nursing staff during the PM shiftProvide direct patient care and respond to resident needsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedEnsure accurate and timely documentationCommunicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team membersMonitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriatelyEnsure compliance with infection control standards and facility policiesPromote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environmentQualificationsCurrent Wisconsin nursing license (RN or LPN required)Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferredPrevious supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plusStrong clinical and leadership skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plusThe Ideal Candidate WillBe compassionate and committed to providing excellent resident careLead by example and support a positive team environmentWork collaboratively with staff and leadershipDemonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsJoin a team where your skills and dedication make a difference every day.
