You'll help manage waste streams, support recycling programs, and keep our facility safe and environmentally responsible. This is hands-on work with real impact!What You'll DoCollect, sort, dispose of, and help ship recyclable, hazardous, and non-hazardous materialsOperate recycling and material-handling equipment, including forklifts, balers, compactors, drum haulers, and pallet jacksInspect and sort materials by type, size, condition, and gradeMaintain recycling and storage areas to meet GMP, OSHA, DOT, and EPA standardsParticipate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on recycling methods and regulationsReport gaps or issues to the Environmental TechnicianKeep work areas clean, organized, and always safety-focusedJump in where needed"other duties as assigned" is a team-player mindset!What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED1+ year manufacturing experience (regulated/GMP environment preferred)1+ year of forklift experienceRCRA & Hazardous Waste Management CertificationDOT Hazardous Materials Management CertificateAbility to adapt to rotating assignments and work with a sense of urgencyStrong communication skills across diverse teamsUnderstanding of GMPs & OSHA requirementsMechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand toolsSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitudeKDC-ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
