Don't miss this associate to hire role in Juda, WI.Production responsibilities include but are not limited to:Remove cheese forms from brine to conveyorSpray down and sanitize equipment between batchesMonitor the automated cheese extraction process to ensure proper operationFollow all GMPs, company policies, and safety proceduresBag, scale, label, and prepare cheese for shippingPlace cheese into air-filled pouches and complete visual inspectionsRinse and sanitize equipment throughout the shiftMaintain continuous product flow, ensuring proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and labelingSetup, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment to guarantee optimal performanceBox and palletize finished products efficientlyPerform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, twisting, and repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds in a moderate to cool environmentProduction requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredAbility to read, understand, and execute written proceduresMust pass a 7-year national background checkStrong math, reading, writing, and computer skillsPhysically able to perform repetitive lifting and work in a fast-paced settingMust use equipment such as rubber gloves, safety glasses, aprons, sleeves, bump caps, and ear plugs (all provided by the client)PPE includes aprons, chemical-resistant gloves and boots, safety goggles, hard hats, and slip-resistant shoesAssigned to the Manufacturing/Production department, with mandatory overtime as neededWork environment can be wet, cool, or hot depending on the department; moderate noise levels are expectedQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
