Our work includes ground-up and renovation of medium to large-scale multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.Responsibilities will include site surveying, planning, production of designdevelopment and construction documents, construction administration, sitemeetings, and direct client interaction. Candidates must be self-motivated,reliable, and able to collaborate in all aspects of a project.Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.1-4 years of professional experience in an architectural office.Perform design and drafting of production of design drawings.Excellent collaborator and team player with excellent communication,improvisation, and problem-solving skills. Interface with Project Manager and Project Architect as well as other Architectural team members.Coordinate full drawing sets and prepare construction specifications.Motivated to quickly learn and improve as a professional, including developing expertise in both design and technical aspects of architecture.Understand NYC codes and zoning.Motivate and inspire team members throughout the project.Professional architectural degree.Proficiency in Revit.Excellent English-language communication and client-interface skills.We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are willing to take onresponsibility and grow with our team.
