Intelligent Transportation Systems Project Manager

The project is a 1-year deployment of a system that includes a combination of on-site hardware and cloud-hosted systems that support traveler information and travel events being managed sent to the public (via phone, web, apps, email/text). Requirements Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas areMANDATORY: Ten (8) years of professional project management experience. Five (5) years of experience in intelligent transportation systems; Experience presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences; Must have PMP certification Project Manager is expected to directly produce or oversee/facilitate the following deliverables: Gap analysis Project operational plan Cutover plan Requirements traceability matrix Manual and automated testing plans, including: Performance testing plan Test results Onsite training (Baton Rouge), including training plan and materials Experience identifying and managing risks and issues associated with projects; Experience analyzing project performance and providing recommendations for improvement. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Experience establishing and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
