The ideal candidate will have strong experience in industrial or manufacturing operations, preventive maintenance, and production support and a proven ability to execute production plans safely, maintain equipment reliability, and contribute to cost improvements.Responsibilities:Perform weekly preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability.Follow production plans to meet customer requirements while working independently and within a team.Support conflict resolution within the team to uphold professional standards.Participate in cost improvement initiatives to satisfy customer needs.Be available for second or third shift and occasional weekend support as business requires; stand for extended periods.Required Skills & Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Ability to follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures.Willingness to work second or third shift and occasional weekends.Preferred Skills:Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Detail orientation with strong mechanical aptitude.Company DescriptionAbout BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
