You'll be:Working at presses, assisting machine operators, and removing parts from machines.Separating parts from scrap, assembling parts, stacking or packaging products, and operating equipment.Following all plant safety guidelines, practices, and procedures, including using personal protective equipment.Reading and interpreting company work orders and job control procedures to meet production goals.Assembling totes, preparing skids, bags, boxes for packaging, labeling, and moving items for storage or further processing.Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe, while reporting any unsafe conditions.Working with fiberglass and ensuring safety devices are in place.Supporting the shift supervisor and assisting with team assignments as needed.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Are comfortable working evening/night shifts, Monday Thursday, 4:45 PM 3:15 AM.Have previous experience in manufacturing or production roles (preferred but not required).Can use personal protective equipment and follow safety procedures at all times.Are capable of lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.Can work efficiently in a team and communicate effectively.What happens nextOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
