Job Description Project Manager – Sheet Metal / HVAC Location: Twin CitiesEmployment Type: Full-TimeThe Opportunity We’re representing an established and growing commercial mechanical contractor in the Twin Cities that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager with strong sheet metal/HVAC experience to their team.This company has approximately 100 employees and provides commercial HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and service work. Their project portfolio is diverse, ranging from smaller commercial projects to large-scale data centers, manufacturing facilities, and food-processing/packaging facilities.They are looking for someone who understands the technical side of sheet metal/HVAC work and can effectively manage projects, customers, and internal teams.What You'll Be Doing Manage commercial mechanical/HVAC projects from start to finishCoordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelMonitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progressCoordinate office and field activitiesVisit jobsites as neededMaintain strong customer relationships and communicationIdentify and resolve project issuesHelp keep projects on schedule and running efficientlyRepresent the company professionally with customers and project partnersWhat They're Looking For Commercial mechanical/HVAC project management experienceStrong sheet metal/HVAC knowledge and field understandingAbility to understand the technical aspects of mechanical projectsStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working with customers and field teamsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentStrong problem-solving and project coordination skillsThe company is more interested in the quality and relevance of your experience than simply the number of years you've been in the industry.Types of Projects The company works on a wide variety of commercial projects, including:Data centersManufacturing facilitiesFood-processing and packaging facilitiesCommercial buildingsRestaurantsHVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration projectsProject sizes range from smaller commercial jobs to very large-scale projects.Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.The company offers:Vehicle allowanceGas cardCompany-paid insurance premiumsHealth, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Company phoneCompany computerPrivate officeWhy Consider It?
