HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT The Manufacturing Associate works as part of manufacturing department preparing the final products for shipment. Manufacturing Associate will also assist in other areas of production, as assigned. Reports to Quality Supervisor. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKESeal and crate finished products to prepare for shippingOperate pallet jack to stage products for shippingCollaborates with other departments and teammatesMaintains a safe, clean & organized work areaMust be able to read work instructions, communicate effectively with other team members and write work orders and emails.May assist in other areas within the quality department, as assigned by the Quality SupervisorWill be cross trained to provide QC support within Inspection and MRB activitiesPerform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.Achievement of objectives must include an over-riding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility.Enable and Drive Change in the Organization.Not a comprehensive list of duties. Relevant work experience in lieu of diploma/GED is acceptable.This position is physically demanding; works on the production and warehouse floor, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling & lifting.Must be able a pallet jack and other manual equipment within a warehouse environmentGood manual dexterity and ability to move quicklyAbility to multi-taskAbility to work in a fast paced environmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Requires safety shoes and safety glasses.
