Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees
- Coordinate shift schedules and ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Oversee bar operations and maintain beverage inventory
- Assist the Assistant Manager in daily tasks and decision-making processes
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on casual dining establishments
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to guide and motivate staff effectively
- Proficiency in training development to enhance team performance
- Solid understanding of hospitality management principles to deliver exceptional guest experiences
