Position Director, Application Engineering Location 225 Clay St, Jasper, IN, 47546, United States Employment Type FT - Exempt; Full-Time Overview Jasper Group is seeking a technically capable and collaborative leader to guide our Application Engineering team and support the future of manufacturing technology. The Director, Application Engineering will lead software development initiatives, partner with business teams to improve systems and processes, and help drive innovation using both traditional and AI-enabled development tools. Responsibilities Lead a team of developers and business analysts Support application and database troubleshooting Develop solutions using modern and AI-enabled tools Partner with business teams to define system requirements Participate in IT leadership, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery initiatives Drive continuous improvement across the organization Qualifications 5–10 years of related experience Strong SQL Server and application development knowledge Experience with ERP and MES systems Familiarity with .NET, Azure, O365, Docker, and reporting tools Manufacturing environment experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Summary Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Major Medical + Dental/Vision, 401K Retirement, Flexible Vacation, Life Insurance EOE including vets and disabled J-18808-Ljbffr
