Registered Nurse (RN)
**Job Overview:**
6pm-6am
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality patient care.
**Duties:**
- Administer medications and treatments to patients
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
-Supervise/ educate CNA staff
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience in Long-term Care
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (i.e., PCC)
- Ability to administer injections and provide health coaching
- Knowledge of senior care practices
- Competence in medication administration
