Wilderness Ridge also offers a casual restaurant featuring steaks and seafood, as well as private banquet spaces for events of any occasion and size.A Day in the LifeAs a Restaurant Bartender, you are responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging bar experience while preparing and serving high-quality beverages. You play a key role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare the bar for service in accordance with company standards, including:Ensuring adequate inventory and suppliesPreparing garnishes, mixes, and pre-batched itemsGreet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphereMix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipesMonitor guest satisfaction and promptly escalate concerns to a managerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including equipment and work areasFollow all closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and securing the barPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMust meet legal age requirement to serve alcohol (19+)Valid City and State alcohol permits requiredFood Handler Permit requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 1 year bartending experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure with minimal supervisionFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProfessional appearance and a consistently positive, team-oriented attitude
