We are looking for someone to help us refine processes, train, and manage new talent!We don't require past detailing experience, we can teach that ;)This role goes beyond traditional automotive detailing. You will work closely with a small, high-performing team, receive hands-on training, and have opportunities for professional growth as you develop your skills and contribute to company operations.We are looking for individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within the organization.COMPANY OVERVIEWOur detailing company is a premium automotive detailing company, currently operating multiple mobile crews servicing clients five days per week.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESThis is an on-site Detailing Technician & Management role. Technicians perform services both at customer locations and in-shop (as applicable), while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and service excellence.Core Responsibilities● Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled workdays● Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively● Be capable of leading a team to adhere to company standards● Handle a variety of vehicle conditions, including heavily soiled or restoration-level details● Follow company procedures and quality standards● Communicate professionally with customers and team members● Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner● Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service qualityGrowth & DevelopmentAt our detailing company, we prioritize long-term growth and development.
