Job DescriptionMedical Director Responsibilities:Provide on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects for the emergency department.Manage the quality improvement plan including attending regular meetings and review of medical recordsSupervise staff, provide feedback, and assure provision of high-quality careReview the provider schedule and ensure adequate staffingActively participate in the recruitment and retention of qualified physicians and advanced practice providersServe as liaison between hospital administration and clinical staff and provide regular feedback to IES leadership
