This role will focus on improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall efficiency across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiativesDrive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC)Manage and track continuous improvement projects and cost savingsCoach and mentor Yellow & Green BeltsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and supply chainDevelop reports and dashboards for performance trackingRequirementsLean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory)8+ years in process improvement / quality / operationsExperience with Kaizen, VSM, DMAICStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing preferredKnowledge of Minitab/JMP and advanced ExcelNice to HavePMP or CSCP certificationExperience in contract logisticsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills
