We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team of dedicated and compassionate caregivers. As a PCA, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide hands-on care to clients in their home. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.What you'll be doingAssist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.Assist with mobility including transferring and ambulation.Prepare and assist with meals and feeding.Provide medication reminders as needed.Provide companionship and emotional support.Ensure accurate and timely documentation.Assist with light housekeeping and run errands as needed.What makes a good Personal Care Assistant?A good Personal Care Assistant is a compassionate, supportive and well-rounded individual.
