CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
Job Description
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be integral part of the wholesale flower bulb distribution with DeVroomen. Our primary customers are landscape contractors, professional growers, and garden centers. The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for entering data, managing customer service issues, and participating in the in-house sales efforts. The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude and be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Acquire full knowledge of all DeVroomen Programs
Manages main phone line and transfers calls
Work with customers to resolve issues
Collaborate with Production Team to resolve issues
Follow up with existing customers to build relationships and upsell on our products
Communicate with sales staff and customers about orders (sold out, quantity change, etc.…)
Maintain updated records
Prepare and mail bid books and other sales materials
Assist online and walk-in customers
Administrative Tasks:

Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested
Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills
MS Office power user: utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive,
Excellent verbal and telephone skills
Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Planning and organization skills
Professionalism and integrity
Teamwork and relationship-building
Goal oriented
Experience in B2B Sales
Must pass a Background check.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
