This full-time, salaried role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and multiple career paths.What You'll DoSupport pre-construction planning and site mobilizationCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliersManage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and documentationAssist with procurement, subcontract drafting, and material trackingSupport QA/QC processes, inspections, and punch listsHelp with closeout packages and turnover documentationRemains in compliance with the company safety program and attends all safety meetingsTravel and temporary relocation to project sites as neededWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction ManagementStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsPositive, professional attitudeAbility to use basic Microsoft software as well as Construction Management softwareAbility to work in field conditions (heights, weather, lifting up to 50 lbs)Valid driver's licenseMultilingual abilities are a plusWhy BlueLineWe believe everyone is a leader.
