Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a WADLIN OFICIAL at our Lehigh Acres, FL location. The WADLIN OFICIAL will be responsible for operating and maintaining specialized machinery, ensuring the accuracy of produced materials, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the design team on project requirements. The role also involves troubleshooting equipment issues and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Qualifications Experience in operating and maintaining production or machinery equipmentAttention to detail and ability to perform precise quality checksStrong technical problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipmentCollaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the design teamKnowledge of workplace safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean working environmentAbility to manage tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced production settingPrevious experience in a similar or related role is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certification is a plus
