OBGYN PHYSICIAN

Horizon Health has an opportunity for an OB/GYN to join our growing organization.Hospital Information:We are a critical access hospital and group of rural health clinics, but larger in scope and size than typical rural organizations. We have cutting-edge technology, new offerings for the communities we serve, strong specialty support, and still have the small-town approach and values that make our organization so special.Our Women's Health Practice Information:This established practice has an experienced nurse practitioner and staff.This employed position is outpatient focused, no ER Call or weekends.We are looking for an experienced individual who is interested in providing gynecological surgical and medical care.The current office model does provide care for OB patients for up to 28 weeks for pre-natal care, as we do not have an OB Unit.Qualified candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, have excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to providing care.We are staffed with 19 primary care physicians and providers, with specialty support in behavioral health, urology, urogynecology, general surgery, orthopedics, spine, pain, dermatology, podiatry, wound care, cosmetics, endocrinology, and cardiology.Additionally, we have 11 visiting specialists that see patients in the clinic each month. The hospital has a 24/7 hospitalist service and convenient care for patients.We have a physician friendly EMR.In 2023, we completed expansion projects including adding an outpatient dialysis center, home health services, pre-anesthesia clinic, and innovative radiology updates.Why Join our Team?Horizon Health has a competitive compensation package that includes:Generous benefits including health, dental, vision, savings/retirement plan.6 weeks paid time away to include vacation, sick, and CME.
