Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring that each guest has an outstanding dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent guest relations while maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and time management. Process payments accurately through cash handling and cashiering duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Adhere to all food safety guidelines, sanitation standards, and health regulations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience. Strong customer service skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices and food preparation techniques is essential. Experience with POS systems, including Aloha POS, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are required.
