If you have experience with CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss machines and want consistent work with advancement potential, this role is worth a look.Job SummaryAs a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes, inspect precision parts, and make minor program edits as needed. You'll work with both short- and long-run production in a highly organized manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas and multi-axis machines)Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshootingInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and height gaugesMake minor program edits at the machineRun short and long production jobs (multiple setups per week)Complete documentation using electronic systems (iPads/tablets)Machine aluminum and steel components to tight tolerancesFollow safety, quality, and production standardsQualifications3+ year of recent CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or Swiss)Experience with setups, tooling, and measuring toolsAbility to read blueprints and work to specificationsExperience with Haas machines and/or multi-axis equipment preferredStrong attention to detail and reliabilityWillingness to learn and grow within the companyPay & Benefits$30$40/hr, based on experienceMultiple shift options, including weekendsMondayThursday schedules available (long weekends)Clean, climate-controlled shopModern, well-maintained equipmentStrong team culture and supportive managementContract-to-hire opportunity with long-term career growthWork with a global leader in drive and motion technologyThis is a Permanent position based out of Shakopee, MN.The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
