From the team behind Fellows Cafe, From The Well is a neighborhood market and artisan bakery in Roswell. We specialize in naturally leavened breads, seasonal pastries, and thoughtfully crafted baked goods made by hand. We're looking for a Pastry Chef to lead our bakery program and help shape its continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing daily bread and pastry production, product quality, and bakery operations. You'll work closely with our team to maintain consistency, support and train bakers, and continue developing our offerings.
