This company is an Associate Owned Company (ESOP) which is the difference between a job and an opportunity.Duties: Ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical take offs, vendor management, process order changes, negotiating contracts and being able to read and understand plans and project specifications. The Estimator will also be responsible for preparing submittals and attending pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.Estimating, tracking budget expenses, planning and communication are all key skills needed for this position.Salary negotiable BOE.
