Applied Physical Science, General Dynamics Information Technology and NIWC San Diego.visit www.lbicorp.com to learn moreJob Duties and Responsibilities including though not limited to:Blueprint and specification readingMeasurement and layoutFabrication, assembly, and installationBasic CarpentryMachining, manual and CNCCutting fitting and assembly using power tools (saws, drills, routers, grinders, etc.)Bonding and sealingSurface preparation for coating and bonding using abrasive materials, blasting, chemical etching, etc.Fabrication of patterns, plugs and molds.Composite molding: hand lay-up, vacuum resin infusion molding and vacuum bag molding of carbon fiber, Kevlar and fiberglassSurface prep by sanding, blasting, and etching.Coating by brush, roller, spraySafety, environmental and hazmat compliancePerform production self-inspections and fill out required paperwork.
