You will help them find the right vehicle, create a great buying experience, and build relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifetime customers.Responsibilities IncludeLearning and following the dealership sales processGreeting, assisting, and following up with customersProspecting for new business and maintaining relationships with past customersPresenting, demonstrating, and explaining vehicle features and benefitsManaging leads, appointments, and customer follow-up through the CRMStaying current on Chevrolet products, incentives, market trends, and certificationsWorking with sales leadership to review goals, performance, and monthly plansMaintaining dealership standards for customer satisfaction, sales volume, and gross averageHelping grow the dealership’s market share through consistent daily activityDelivering a professional, customer-first experience from first contact to vehicle deliveryWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for people who are hungry, professional, and ready to learn. Automotive sales experience is helpful, but it is not required.
