We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the planning, development, and implementation of training and teaching services at AdCare Maine! This role is 30 hours per week with benefits!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to AdCare Educational Institute of Maine’s Director of Operations, the Associate Training Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of technical assistance, training, and other skill building projects that serve Maine’s behavioral health workforce, including support for AdCare’s Driver Education and Evaluation Program (DEEP) Education Support Services Program.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years work experience in administrative or service environment
Knowledge in areas of adult education and/or behavioral health
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Proficient in data collection, data organization, and ensuring data integrity
Proficient in Zoom
Experience with event planning and facilitation
Experience with media sources, i.e. YouTube
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate or Degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, or related fields.
1-3 years’ experience in prevention, public health, or behavioral health programming coordination
Experience with Prime For Life prevention curriculum
Knowledge of evaluation tools like SurveyMonkey or similar
Essential Tasks
Support the planning and implementation of technical assistance, training, and other skill building projects that serve Maine's behavioral health workforce
Supporting presenters and registrants pre- and post-event
Setting up and staffing ZOOM meeting rooms for webinars, trainings, conferences, and DEEP classes
Creating registration websites for webinars, trainings, and conferences
Staffing in-person trainings and conferences
Updating contact information for registrants in event management platform
Printing and assembling participant workbooks and other materials
Uploading event recordings on AdCare’s YouTube account
Data entry and evaluation
Mailing participant workbooks and other materials
Other duties and projects as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks in an office environment
Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and move a maximum of 40lbs.
Travel/Schedule Requirements
Travel may be required to events within Maine. Reliable transportation is required.
Occasional weekend and/or evening availability required
Hybrid work: position requires physical presence in AdCare Maine’s offices in Augusta, ME, adhering to hybrid office/WFH policy.
