Customer Experience Lead
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecute transactions following prescribed guidelines and manage operational performance and backlog for assigned accounts
Communicate status, issues, and risks for owned processes and act as a Subject Matter Expert for customer experience representatives
Manage backlog activities for production orders, ensuring timely action and shipment of ordersRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Teams
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of inventory reporting and supply chain processes
