Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManaging budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditureMaintaining statistical and financial recordsSetting and achieving sales and profit targetsRecruiting, training, and monitoring staff -Planning work schedules for individuals and teamsAppropriately responding to and resolving guest concernsAddressing problems and troubleshootingEnsuring events and conferences run smoothly -Hotel Asset preservation. Including but not limited to: Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishingsMaintaining relationships with contractors, vendor and suppliersEnsuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associatesMaintaining appropriate inspections of the property as identified by the organization and brandEnsure the property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and all standardsEnsuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulationsPerform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectivesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingDemonstrated ability to lead a teamExcellent attention to detailFinancial savvyProficient in Microsoft Office productsAbility to working in a faced paced environment with the ability to multi-taskKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESTrack your daily income with updates after every shift you workTransfer your earnings instantly or next dayAutomatically save a portion of your paycheck*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
