Junior Marketing Operations Specialist
Role SummaryWe are hiring a Junior Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution of marketing operations and CRM-related processes, with a strong focus on data management, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.You will work closely with the team to ensure data is accurate, campaigns are properly tracked, and insights are generated to support decision-making. This role requires someone who is not only execution-focused but also understands how marketing efforts translate into results across the conversion funnel.Salary: $1,100 – $1,800 USDKey Responsibilities:Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper structureClean, organize, and manage marketing and sales data across spreadsheets and CRM systemsSupport lead uploads, segmentation, and preparation of data for marketing campaignsTrack and report on campaign performance metrics such as leads, conversion rates, and funnel progressionAssist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BIMonitor data quality and proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, or tracking issuesSupport the execution and tracking of campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and outbound effortsCollaborate with the team to ensure proper tracking and visibility across the conversion funnelFollow and contribute to improving internal workflows and documentation (SOPs)Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, accurate deliveryRequirements:Resume in English.Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM support, data handling, or similar rolesHands-on experience working with data, including cleaning, organizing, and basic analysisStrong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including leads, conversions, and campaign performanceFamiliarity with conversion cycles or marketing funnels (lead to customer journey)Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similarProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data organization, filtering, basic formulas)Familiarity with reporting or data visualization tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.
