Candidate experience• Education Required: Bachelors preferred.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and AI-curious Recruiting Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is excited about how emerging technologies — including AI — can improve recruiting operations, coordination, and communication.As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, maintaining recruiting systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders. You'll also have the opportunity to explore and adopt new tools and AI-enabled solutions that help streamline processes and enhance efficiency across Talent Acquisition.What You'll DoCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, calendars, and time zonesServe as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processEnsure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and attention to detailSupport recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics, scheduling changes, and process coordination, including offer lettersMaintain accurate candidate and interview data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platformsAssist with recruiting operations, reporting, documentation, and process improvementsPartner with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and recruiting eventsHelp identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process optimizationStay curious about emerging recruiting technologies and contribute ideas that enhance team effectiveness and candidate experienceWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentComfort learning new systems, technologies, and digital toolsInterest in AI, automation, and innovative ways of working within Talent AcquisitionExperience supporting recruiting, HR, scheduling, coordination, customer service, or administrative functions preferredFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems, calendar management, and virtual meeting platforms is a plusWhat \"AI-Curious” Means to UsYou don't need to be an AI expert or technical specialist.
