Food and Beverage Lead- Cason's Garden/Beach

Job Responsibilities and Duties:• Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times.• Lead team by providing clear instructions, coaching, and guidance• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working conditions• Assist as needed in the completion of business-related functions including weekly inventory, properordering, timekeeping etc.• Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at alltimes.• Able to communicate concerns up the proper channels for resolution• Be able to effectively listen to, understand and clarify concerns and issues related to guests.• Must be able to abide by all cash handling standards.• Must have knowledge of all department of health standards or have the ability to learn.• Must have knowledge of the Point of Sale system or have the ability to learn.• Must be comfortable and capable of leading a team.• Must work well with a team.• Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.• Be able to interact with guests and hosts in a friendly service-oriented manner.• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag andproper uniform.• Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.Qualifications:• Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays.• Working closely with others is required.
