Job Title: Senior Electronics EngineerLocation: Solon, OH (On-site)Employment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to design, develop, test, and support embedded electronic products from concept through production. The ideal candidate has experience in analog/digital circuit design, embedded firmware development, PCB design, and manufacturing support.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits.Develop embedded firmware using C/C++.Design and support microcontroller-based embedded systems.Perform circuit simulation, prototyping, testing, validation, and debugging.Design and review schematics and PCB layouts.Support products from concept through production.Apply DFM, DFT, and FMEA principles.Create engineering documentation and support manufacturing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.5–8+ years of electronic product design experience.Strong experience with analog and digital circuit design.Embedded firmware development in C/C++.Experience with PCB design and embedded control systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Preferred Technical SkillsEmbedded C/C++Analog & Digital Circuit DesignPCB Design & Layout (Altium preferred)Microcontrollers (PIC, AVR, STM32, ARM Cortex-M, etc.)Communication Protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, BLERTOS (FreeRTOS preferred)SPICE SimulationGitDFM / DFT / FMEAManufacturing SupportEMC/EMI knowledgePython or AI-assisted coding tools (nice to have)
