We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Providing exceptional customer service to current clientsResponding to client questions and resolving concerns promptly and professionallyProcessing policy changes, updates, and other service-related requestsContacting customers regarding invoice payments, billing reminders, and past-due balancesFollowing up with clients to obtain missing documents, signatures, and other required informationAssisting with policy documentation, billing support, and general account servicingMaintaining a working knowledge of our insurance products and servicesCommunicating with carriers and team members to help complete customer requests accurately and efficientlyKeeping client files and account information organized and up to dateFollowing through on outstanding service items to ensure a smooth customer experienceSupporting the office with general administrative and customer service duties as needed
