Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and nurture leads Present product and service offerings clearly, highlighting benefits tailored to each customer’s needs Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaigns and maximize outreach efforts Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or technology sales environments Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce for managing contacts, tracking interactions, and reporting Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly Knowledge of inside sales techniques, outbound calling strategies, and marketing fundamentals Ability to conduct technical or product-specific sales discussions confidently in a fast-paced setting Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships and business development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.71 per hour Expected hours: 35 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid training Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
