Now Hiring: Scrum Master II (Hybrid – Atlanta, GA)🔹 Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)🔹 Duration: Contract (with potential for extension)🔹 Compensation: Up to $50/hr (W2)🔹 Work Authorization: USC / GC only🔹3–5 years of experience as a Scrum MasterWe’re partnering with a leading enterprise organization in the automotive tech space to hire Scrum Master II professionals who are passionate about Agile delivery, team empowerment, and continuous improvement.If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping teams deliver high-quality outcomes through Scrum + Kanban practices, this could be a great fit for you.What You’ll Be Doing:Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)Drive backlog management and sprint readinessSupport teams in adopting Scrum and Kanban best practicesUse flow-based metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP limits) to improve deliveryIdentify and remove blockers to keep teams moving efficientlyCoordinate across teams for dependencies and alignmentFoster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years of experience as a Scrum MasterStrong hands-on experience with Scrum + KanbanSolid understanding of flow metrics and delivery optimizationExperience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe is a plus)Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skillsAbility to guide teams toward self-organization and high performanceMust be local to the Atlanta area and able to work onsite 2 days/weekNice to Have:Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)Exposure to modern Agile practices or evolving delivery models
