Front House Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Front of House Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our establishment. **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for every guest. - Manage and supervise a team of front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses. - Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory management, and housekeeping management. - Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and well-maintained, including the dining room, bar, and kitchen. - Develop and implement effective cleaning and laundry procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. - Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage the flow of guests and staff. - Provide administrative support to the restaurant, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing paperwork. - Assist the kitchen with food preparation and service as needed. - Act as a personal assistant to the management team, providing support with special events and projects. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff. - Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times, serving as a positive role model for the rest of the team. **Experience:** - Previous experience in a front of house management role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel. - Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of guests. - Experience in housekeeping management, including laundry and cleaning procedures. - Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team. - Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to provide support to the management team. - A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including kitchen management and food preparation. - Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to providing a high level of service.
