Maintenance Tech - Painting/Drywall Specialist

Key responsibilities of this role include:Performs duties that pertain to maintaining the facilityPerforms maintenance and repairs work in all general areas, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting and the ability to prioritizeResponsible for preventative and corrective maintenance on daily, weekly monthly, semi-annual and annual basis, depending equipmentMust be able to maintain documents and records for preventative maintenanceWork may occasionally be assigned across other Northwest Health facilitiesMay be required to work variable shifts, weekends and holidays, as neededReports to immediate supervisorRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervisionKey qualifications to be considered for this include:High School Diploma or GED2 to 3 years of facility maintenance experience preferredRequired to obtain Arkansas High Pressure Boiler’s license within 6 months from hire date
