In this senior-level role, you will lead complex, high-impact technical programs, drive research initiatives, and serve as a recognized expert whose insights shape both organizational strategy and client outcomes. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned technical professional to exercise full creative and technical authority on programs that directly advance national security objectives. You will work on-site at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) — one of the nation's premier intelligence production centers — located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. NASIC sits at the forefront of air, space, and cyberspace intelligence analysis, and your contributions will directly inform decisions at the highest levels of the U.S. defense and intelligence enterprise.ResponsibilitiesLead complex, high-level technical and theoretical consulting and support services across defense and government programs.Design, develop, execute, and implement projects — often of a research nature — that meaningfully advance the organization's technical expertise and capabilities.Integrate advanced concepts, data, and information from diverse technical arenas to synthesize innovative approaches and techniques for solving challenging problems.Prepare and present high-quality reports, papers, proposals, briefings, and other technical documentation tailored to both technical and executive audiences.Act as a project leader, directing the work of junior and mid-level staff members and fostering a high-performance team culture.Serve as a trusted technical advisor to program leadership, clients, and stakeholders on issues of strategic technical importance.This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.Education & Experience RequirementsA degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics is required.
