Godfather's Assistant Manager

Associates or higher preferred.Must have 2+ years of proven success in a higher scale quick serve environment.Demonstrated strong ability to analyze data, diagnose issues and coach the store team accordingly.Must possess excellent and proven people management skills, including resolving conflict.Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company directions.Demonstrated strong communication with excellent interpersonal skills.Physical RequirementsTypical workweek of 40+ hours with minimal breaks.Ability to stand for entire shift as necessary and walk for long periods of time without rest or sitting down.Push, bend, stoop, twist, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds.Reach with hands.Use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.Ability to taste and smell.Ability to hear sounds and noises.Verbally communicate with others.
