This role requires a proactive approach to collections, account analysis, and customer communication.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in loan servicing, collections, and high-volume client interaction.We're all about that in-person vibe—this role is 100% on-site! Thanks for understanding and happy job hunting!HOW YOU'LL BE REWARDEDBase pay: $25–$27 per hour (full-time)Monthly bonus: $500–$1,000 based on performance WHAT YOU'LL DOManage a high-volume portfolio of consumer loans, including delinquent and at-risk accountsProactively contact borrowers via phone, email, and text to resolve past-due balancesNegotiate payment arrangements, loan modifications, and repayment plans to bring accounts currentMonitor loan performance and identify early-stage delinquency risks for interventionSchedule payments and maintain accurate records across loan servicing platformsIssue notices of default in compliance with regulatory and company guidelinesAnalyze borrowers' financial situations to recommend appropriate solutionsMaintain detailed documentation of all account activity within CRM systems (Salesforce)Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex accounts and provide status updatesConsistently meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, including collection targets and call volumeSupport onboarding and training of new team members as neededDeliver empathetic, solution-oriented customer interactions while maintaining firm collection practicesResolve disputes and escalate complaints in alignment with compliance standardsWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE3+ years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or portfolio managementStrong understanding of consumer loan lifecycle, delinquency management, and repayment strategiesProven ability to meet or exceed collection and performance goalsExperience negotiating payment solutions and handling sensitive financial conversationsProficiency in CRM systems and collections tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills—both verbal and writtenAbility to manage a large portfolio in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentKnowledge of compliance requirements related to collections and loan servicing is preferredWHAT WE OFFERWe believe in taking care of our team so they can take care of our clients.
