We are looking for an experienced technician ready to take ownership of our state-of-the-art printers, flatbed plotters, and laminators. In this full-time role, you will bring commercial graphics to life—from raw file prep and RIP processing through precision cutting and final finishing. If you thrive in an active shop environment, take pride in sharp visual detail, and excel at managing daily workflow from print setup to finished product, apply today to build your career with a local industry leader. salary: $45,000 - $550,000 per year shift: Second work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM education: High School Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, and operate wide format digital printers and finishing equipment according to daily job specs. Inspect incoming digital vector files for correct scaling, bleed, color profiles, and resolution before output. Execute post-print finishing tasks including laminating, precision weeding, mounting, trimming, and grommeting. Perform routine preventative maintenance, ink top-offs, printhead alignments, and minor equipment troubleshooting. Track raw material inventory, manage media stock usage, and log completed jobs in the shop management system.
