Clients Operations/Finance Manager @ Law Firm

Coda Search is partnering with a prestigious, nationally recognized law firm that has been experiencing significant growth. The firm is seeking to hire a Client Operations Manager to oversee the firm’s billing, collections, and revenue reporting and management. This is a high-impact role that will work closely with attorneys, partners, finance leadership, and clients to optimize revenue operations and ensure the firm maintains strong cash flow and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports for the entire practice divisionImplement best practices for revenue reporting and workflows, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and firm policies.Track and report on key revenue and collections metrics, providing insights to senior leadership.Identify and implement efficiencies in billing and collections processes, leveraging technology and automation where possible.Partner with IT and Finance teams to optimize financial systems and enhance reporting capabilities.Serve as the primary liaison between the finance team and legal practice groups, ensuring alignment on revenue objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in revenue management, billing, and collections (law firm or professional services industry highly preferred).Strong understanding of law firm billing systems (experience with Aderant, Elite, or similar platforms is a plus).Highly analytical mindset, with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial analysis).
