Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.Location: Doral, FLResponsibilitiesOversee the full procurement lifecycle from planning through contract closeoutDevelop and execute acquisition strategies aligned with program needsConduct market research to identify qualified vendors and sourcing optionsLead vendor negotiations to secure favorable pricing and termsManage contracts and ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS requirementsPerform cost analysis and support budgeting decisionsCoordinate with internal teams to align procurement with project timelinesMaintain procurement documentation and support audit readinessMonitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationshipsEnsure procurement activities meet federal compliance and reporting standardsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in procurement managementExperience managing procurement activities in a federal or DoD environmentStrong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulationsExperience with contract management and vendor negotiationsExperience conducting market research and cost analysisFamiliarity with contract lifecycle management and compliance auditsStrong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skillsDesired Skills And ExperienceExperience supporting complex or multi vendor programs Experience aligning procurement strategies with cost and performance goalsExperience working with supply chain logistics in a regulated environmentExperience supporting audit readiness and procurement reportingCertificationsRequired: NonePreferred: Certified Federal Contracts Manager CFCM, Certified Professional in Supply Management CPSMClearance RequirementCandidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
