Sales Development Rotational Program (Outside Sales Track)Position OverviewWe are seeking motivated recent college graduates to join our 12–18 month Sales Development Rotational Program designed to develop the next generation of Outside Sales Representatives within the industrial distribution and fluid power industry.This hands-on program provides exposure to every critical area of the business including warehouse operations, assembly and engineering support, counter/store operations, inside sales, and outside sales. Participants will build technical product knowledge, operational understanding, and customer relationship skills while working alongside experienced professionals across multiple departments.The program is designed to create highly capable, customer-focused sales professionals with a strong understanding of both internal operations and field sales execution.
