About the roleYou'll lead our AI-Powered Cybersecurity program — a practitioner-first course blending core security disciplines with modern AI-driven tools. Think lectures, labs, real attack/defense simulations, and students prepping for industry certifications.What you'll teach• Core security: Web & Network Security, OWASP Top 10, VAPT, Incident Response, SIEM, Linux/Windows administration• AI in security: fundamentals, prompt engineering, LLMs, AI security risks, AI-powered automation• Tools in the lab: Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus/OpenVAS, Splunk, ChatGPT, GeminiWhat you'll do• Plan and deliver engaging lectures, labs, and workshops• Design hands-on labs that simulate real-world threats• Mentor students through assignments, projects, and certification prep (Security+, CySA+, CEH, PNPT, eJPT, OSCP, CISSP)• Hold office hours and adapt teaching to diverse learning needs• Keep curriculum current as the threat and AI landscape evolvesWhat we're looking for• Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field (Master's preferred)• 1+ year of professional experience as a Pen Tester, SOC Analyst, VAPT Specialist, or similar• 1+ year of teaching, training, or mentoring experience in cybersecurity• Hands-on proficiency with the tools listed above• Working knowledge of AI fundamentals and LLM-based tooling• Clear communicator who can make complex topics accessible to adult learnersNice to have• Active certifications: Security+, CySA+, CEH, PNPT, eJPT, OSCP, CISSP, or AI security• Curriculum design or LMS experience• Cloud security familiarity (AWS, Azure, or GCP)What we offer• Competitive salary or per-course compensation• Fully remote with flexible scheduling• Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave• Access to security certifications and continuing education• Opportunities to co-develop advanced course content and specialization tracks• A mission-driven team shaping the next generation of cyber defendersWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
